Isa Saalabi and Holly Harnsongkram of Williamsburg boutique ISA describe their new
subterranean Army/Navy store as a bunker. Bunker it may be, but it’s also a hot bed of
cult clothing and talent. Graffiti artist Devon Ojas has designed the in-house line; Wil
Whitney, former manager of the Stussy Store, runs things.
